What are the costs?
Our pricing depends on the mail formats you choose and the volume you plan to send. Our team is happy to
guide you on design, formats and volumes to fit your budget.
Where does Toucan source its paper?
We use only FSC-certified, ethically sourced paper. The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) ensures the highest
environmental and social standards.
Is Toucan limited to printing and sending postcards?
Not at all! We also offer secure one-piece mailers that meet Royal Mail standards, as well as A4 letters in
envelopes.
What printing technology do you use?
We utilise industry-leading digital print technology to ensure excellent and consistent quality.
Can Toucan integrate with my website?
Yes! We currently offer integrations with Shopify and Magento, and we’re continually expanding our
integrations. If you use a custom platform, contact us to discuss integration options.
What new developments are coming?
We’re always improving our platform! One exciting upcoming feature is an acquisition module, which will help
you reach new customers who resemble your existing ones.

Can I upload my own artwork?
No need! Simply provide us with your artwork and mark any variable fields. We’ll map it to your data and provide proofs for approval before launch.
What file format should my artwork be in?
We accept most file formats - just send it in the format that works best for you.
Data Control
How do I manage suppressions?
Our automated suppression tool allows you to upload your suppression list, set parameters and ensure those recipients are not mailed.
How secure is my data?
Extremely secure. We work exclusively with ISO27001-accredited partners and adhere to strict data security policies. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
How do you clean my data?
We match your data against suppression lists, but we assume your data is cleansed before submission. If industry-specific data cleaning is required, please inform us during setup.

Can I edit my campaign template?
Yes! Our platform includes an easy-to-use editing tool, so you can update key messages, offers or other details at any time.
Can I personalise QR codes?
Absolutely! QR codes can be fully customised and populated with data.
When do you release programmatic campaigns?
You can set a ‘delay’ to account for customer buying behaviors - for example, preventing mail from being sent to customers who complete their purchase later in the day.
Will I receive campaign proofs?
Yes! Proofs are available at every stage within the platform and can be downloaded as PDFs.
Can I track the progress of my campaigns?
Yes! You can monitor the status of all campaigns through our platform’s campaign dashboard.
Do you track QR code scans?
Tracking depends on your internal setup, but we’ve partnered with Sweet Analytics for advanced tracking solutions.
Can I control when my campaign arrives?
Yes! You can specify mailing dates or select ‘ASAP’ for immediate dispatch. Automated campaigns are sent in real-time unless scheduled otherwise.

Is your paper recycled?
All our paper is FSC-certified and recyclable.
What is FSC certification?
FSC certification ensures responsible forest management, balancing environmental, social and economic considerations. Look for the ‘tick tree’ logo on our products.
How do you track your carbon emissions?
